Western Reserve Masonic Community Receives a Zero Deficiency Survey in 2009

The Ohio Department of Health found Western Reserve Masonic Community to be in full compliance during their recent 2009 unannounced survey, citing zero deficiencies.

A team of state surveyors inspected the facility for compliance with numerous state and federal regulations during the 3-day period on-site.

“This rating makes us especially proud to have such a skilled and dedicated staff caring for our residents,” said Jay Dettorre, Western Reserve Masonic Communities’ President.

Western Reserve Masonic Community, located at 4931 Nettleton Road, Medina, is open to the general public, age 55 and older, and also offers independent living garden villa homes and apartments, and assisted living. Western Reserve Masonic Community is a not-for-profit subsidiary of the Ohio Masonic Home.
