Western Reserve Masonic Community has earned its second consecutive overall 5-star quality rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Ratings System of Nursing Homes.
Western Reserve Masonic Community also earned the 5-star rating in the Health Inspections category.
Ratings are based on three sources including health inspections, quality measures and staffing. The system was created as a guide to help consumers, their families and caregivers compare nursing homes more easily and help identify areas in which they may have questions.
